Will Mauldin, Ph.D.
Chairman, CEO & Co-founder
Adam Dixon, Ph.D.
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Dixon leads technology development, clinical translation, and commercialization at RIVANNA. His career spans the development and commercialization of advanced imaging platforms at GE Healthcare and RIVANNA, including the Logiq E9 (ultrasound), Lightspeed 750HD (computed tomography), and Precision 180 (fluoroscopy) at GE, and RIVANNA’s flagship Accuro (ultrasound). He has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and patents and secured significant SBIR funding to support RIVANNA’s technology development and commercialization efforts. Under his technical leadership, every SBIR granted to RIVANNA has resulted in a commercialized product or significant follow-on funding, most recently culminating in FDA 510(k) clearances for RIVANNA’s leading regional anesthesia and fracture care platforms. Dr. Dixon holds a doctorate in biomedical engineering from the University of Virginia and an undergraduate degree from Duke University.
