Customers can purchase and use an Accuro device for up to 60 days and see the validated clinical outcomes in action. If the device doesn’t fit your needs, we’re here to help.

RIVANNA Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy

  • Offer valid for Accuro customers only.
  • You have 60 calendar days to return your Accuro from the date you purchased it.
  • Please return all the cords, adapters, and documentation.

The following are ineligible for return:

  • Sterile cover and Locator kits
  • Locator needle guides
  • Broken or damaged items

How to Ship your Accuro back to RIVANNA

Email sales@rivannamedical.com and request a Return Label for shipping and we will email you a return shipping label.

INCLUDE YOUR PRODUCT SERIAL NUMBER, your name, purchase date, and organization if applicable. We recommend using the original packaging if possible. Broken or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your Accuro, a refund is initiated immediately. If you paid by credit or with a debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
