Support when you need it
Includes full coverage for telephone, technical, and application support with a one-hour response time, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM ET.
No device downtime
First device replacement shipped immediately at no charge regardless of the cause of damage. A flat fee of $199 for additional device damage events that result from misuse or mishandling.
All software upgrades for the same product code and model are provided to you at no charge.
